Release Notes now available

We're constantly improving our 360 degree feedback solution and we're releasing new versions weekly (at least). During the month of May we introduced more than 70 changes and pushed 8 releases! So we thought it was time to compile and track all the changes in one page. With that in mind, we just published our new Release Notes page. Check it out!

Of course that's not the only way of knowing what's changing. We regularly tweet and blog about larger changes so if you want to stay on top of things, you can follow us on twitter or Google+.

Live chat now available

We’re delighted to announce that live chat is now available at Primalogik 360. You can access the chat panel by clicking on the blue button at the bottom right corner of the page. You'll find us online during our regular support hours. If we're not online, you can still leave us a message and we'll get back to you the next working day.

Users with the administrator privilege will have access to the live chat window when logged into our application. That will allow us to provide them with instant support right within our application.

We will also be able to better help vistiors to our website. With live chat we'll be able to answer their questions about pricing, features, security, integrations, etc... without any delays.
